New French language digital collection

The Brantford Public Library has added more than 10,000 French language eBooks and Audiobooks to its collection.

The new eBooks and Audiobooks collection is available through the digital service Cantook Station.

The materials available through Cantook Station can be accessed on a computer, compatible eReaders, and through the Aldiko Next app on Apple devices and Android devices. Just log in with your Library card number and four-digit pin.

There are materials for people of all ages. People can borrow up to seven titles per month and can reserve up to three items per month through the service.

A Cantook Station Start Guide can help customers get started with the service. Library staff can also provide assistance through either drop in Tech Help clinics or the Book a Librarian service.

In addition to Cantook Station, the Library has nearly 2,000 French books in its collection and also offers the online Tumble Biblio Enfants service, which has French books, puzzles and games for children.
