What is Zentangle?
Zentangle is a structured and fun way to doodle. According to its founders, Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas, “Zentangle is an easy-to-learn and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. Almost anyone can use it to create beautiful images.
The word “Zen” means calm and “Tangle” means a collection of overlapping patterns. The creations can be as simple or as difficult as you choose, from circles to zig zags to waves, let your imagination take you on doodling adventure!

What supplies do you need?
- Sharpie - fine tipped OR pencil/pen
- Paper - cut into 3 1/2 inch square
