Tween Club - Backyard Camping Adventure!
Summer 2020 will likely go down as one of the more quieter breaks you’ve had from school. Remember school? Well, here we are a month into summer and a whole lot hasn’t changed since the cancellation of that other holiday - March Break. Even with places starting to reopen you may be feeling restless and let’s face it, a little bored. Feeling bored just means you need to be more creative when planning your next activity or escapade. Luckily, we’ve discovered the perfect boredom busting outdoor adventure and you don’t even need to leave your backyard!

- Neighbourhood Nature Hunt - what you will need
- Games - choose from the classics like Simon Says & Telephone and board games like Yahtzee
- Flashlight Foraging - someone hides a small toy somewhere in the backyard and the rest of the group goes on a nighttime hunt for it in the dark.
- Campfire Stories (no need for the fire part!) - take turns reading spooky stories with the flashlight.
- Stargazing - lay back and relax and count the number of stars in this sky. Bonus points if you can name them!
