COVID-19: Library Updates

On Monday, May 25, we will begin accepting returns to the book drops at both the Main and St. Paul Branches. 

On Monday, June 1, we will begin offering pick-up service. Holds on items can be placed through your online account or by calling us at 519-756-2220.

During the closure, the Library:

  • Is offering temporary library digital memberships. Fill out a membership application.
  • Will extend loan periods to June 15, 2020.
  • Will waive all fines
  • Will suspend all holds
  • Will automatically renew library memberships scheduled to expire during the closure
  • Cancel all programs, events and community appearances
  • Lock all book drops (please do not attempt to return any materials during the closure)
  • Requests customers to check the Library's website and the Facebook Page for updates. 

Library staff will monitor phone messages and online queries. However, due to volume, we may not be able to respond to each question.
